Welcome to my website.
I am a fully-qualified and experienced counsellor, registered with the BACP and UKCP. I offer talking therapy in natural settings around High Wycombe and Marlow.
My approach
People come to therapy for many reasons. There may be something in your life now that you would like to be different, or you might want to explore something that is troubling you from your past.
I trained as a gestalt therapist, which focuses on changing fixed patterns in your life and relationships. I am warm and accepting, and believe that the quality of our relationship is most therapeutic.
Experience
I have worked with people with a range of issues, from a range of backgrounds. As well as working in private practice, I also work at a local university. I have worked for various agencies, including a bereavement service and an NHS mental health service.
Accreditation and qualifications
I have an MA and PGDip in Gestalt Therapy and a Diploma in Counselling, fully accredited by the BACP and UKCP.

I am available Wednesday - Friday. Sessions last 50 minutes and cost £50. I offer lower rates to those who will find it difficult to meet this cost.
